EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

This Exchange and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is entered into by and between Festive Folks (“Company”) and its customers
(“Customer”) as of the effective date mentioned above.

1. Exchange Policy

1.1 Eligibility: Customer may be eligible for a one-time exchange if the received product is damaged, defective, or
unsatisfactory. However, Custom, Sale/Discount, Offer, Promo code & Outlet orders are expressly excluded from
exchange eligibility.

1.2 Initiation: To initiate the exchange process, Customer must contact the Company’s customer support team within
72 hours of receiving the product through the designated Exchange form on the order page.

1.3 Exchange Procedure:

  • • Our team will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup within 72 hours.
  • • Customer is encouraged to utilize the original packaging for a secure return.
  • • The items must be in their original state with intact labels and tags.
  • • Items should remain unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from any stains or damages.
  • • Upon receipt and verification of the product at our facility, the Company will initiate the processing of the exchange request.
  • • Expect a processing time of 10-15 days for the exchange to be completed.
  • • This exchange will be final, and no further exchanges will be possible.

1.4 Exchange Exclusions:

  • • Custom, Sale/Discount, Offer, Promo code & Outlet orders are not eligible for exchange.
  • • For any other concerns, please contact our customer support for assistance.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility: Customer may be eligible for a one-time refund if the received product is damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory. Similar to the Exchange Policy, Custom, Sale/Discount, Offer, Promo code & Outlet orders are expressly excluded from refund eligibility.

2.2 Initiation: To initiate the refund process, Customer must contact the Company’s customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product through the designated Refund form on the order page.

2.3 Refund Procedure:

  • • Our team will schedule a reverse pickup within 72 hours.
  • • Customer is encouraged to utilize the original packaging for a secure return.
  • • The items must be in their original state with intact labels and tags.
  • • Items should remain unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from any stains or damages.
  • • Upon receipt and verification of the product at our facility, the Company will initiate the processing of the refund request.
  • • Expect a processing time of 10-15 days for the refund to be completed.
  • • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take additional time per bank processes.

2.4 Refund Exclusions:

  • • Custom, Sale/Discount, Offer, Promo code & Outlet orders are not eligible for a refund.
  • • For any other concerns, please contact our customer support for assistance.

This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at its discretion. If anything is missing or unclear, please contact our customer support for clarification.
