EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 01-March-2024

This Exchange and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is entered into by and between Festive Folks (“Company”) and its customers (“Customer”) as of the effective date mentioned above.

1. Exchange Policy (Applicable for orders within India only)

1.1 Eligibility: Customers may be eligible for a one-time exchange if the received product is damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory. However, Custom, Sale/Discount and Offer, Promo/ Coupon code orders are expressly excluded from exchange eligibility. Value of the product selected after exchange will need to be equal or more than the original product.

Please note that an Administration & Logistics charge of INR 150 will be deducted from the original exchange amount per product for Girls clothing.

1.2 Initiation: To initiate the exchange process, Customer must contact the Company’s customer support team on care@festivefolks.com with Order ID in subject line, within 72 hours of receiving the product.

1.3 Exchange Procedure:

  • Our team will initiate a complimentary reverse pickup within 72 hours.
  • Customers are encouraged to utilize the original packaging for a secure return.
  • The items must be in their original state with intact labels and tags.
  • Items should remain unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from any stains or damages.
  • Upon receipt and verification of the product at our facility, the Company will initiate the processing of the exchange request.
  • Customers will receive a coupon code  on their email ID , registered with FestiveFolk ,equal to the value of the exchanged product. Once they select the product of their choice, they will be able to use that code upon checkout and the value of the original product will be deducted from it. KIndly Note that it will be one time use coupon code  and the full amount will need to be utilized in one transaction.
  • This exchange will be final, and no further exchanges will be possible.

1.4 Exchange Exclusions:

  • Custom, Sale/Discount, Offer, Promo code & Outlet orders are not eligible for exchange.
  • For any other concerns, please contact our customer support for assistance.
  • International orders (Outside India) are not eligible for complimentary Exchange. Please write to us with your request care@festivefolks.com.

2. Refund Policy (Applicable for orders within India only)

2.1 Eligibility: Customers may be eligible for a one-time refund if the received product is damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory. However, Custom, Sale/Discount, Offer, Promo/ Coupon code & Girls orders are expressly excluded from refund eligibility. Refunds are not applicable for Girls clothing.

2.2 Initiation: To initiate the refund process, Customer must contact the Company’s customer support team  care@festivefolks.com ,with Order ID in subject line, within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2.3 Refund Procedure:

  • Our team will schedule a reverse pickup within 72 hours.
  • Customers are encouraged to utilize the original packaging for a secure return.
  • The items must be in their original state with intact labels and tags.
  • Items should remain unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from any stains or damages.
  • Upon receipt and verification of the product at our facility, the Company will initiate the processing of the refund request. 
  • Please note that an Administration & Logistics charge of INR 150 will be deducted from the total refund amount per package. 
  • Expect a processing time of 10-15 days for the refund to be completed.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take additional time per bank processes.

2.4 Refund Exclusions:

  • Custom, Sale/Discount, Offer, Promo/ Coupon code & Girls orders are not eligible for a refund.
  • For any other concerns, please contact our customer support for assistance.
  • International orders (Outside India) are not eligible for REFUND.

This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
