What is Festive Folks?
Festive Folks is a celebration of all things fun and kooky. We offer easy, customisable gifts so your friends will be happy and you will henceforth be known as the most thoughtful gifter on the block.
How does it work?
There are only three easy-peasy steps you need to follow! In a nutshell: you pick a design, create characters, and pair the two together.
What's included in my order?
For maximum present-opening joy, every order includes: i) Your stupendous framed artwork, ii) a personalised message card (which you type up upon checkout), and iii) door-to-door courier delivery!
Can I save a design for later?
We got you, pal! Sign up for a free account and utilise your wish list function to have all of your favourite designs load at the click of a button. To save a design to your favourites, simply click the little star button on the product page. Shazam!
Characters & Customisation
Must I have an account to save characters?
Is there a limit to the number of characters I create?
We know creating characters is the bees knees, so we allow each account to save up to 20 characters. You can easily delete characters when you’ve hit the limit to accommodate newer ones.
Do my characters expire?
All good things must come to an end. Characters live in the Festive Folks universe for 14 months, but you’ll be notified before they make their grand exit.
I’ve designed my characters but now I want to change my print.
No biggie! If you decide to abandon ship, your current characters are saved and can be placed into a different print of your choice.
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping really free?
Yes, standard shipping is gloriously free! Each order is sent via speedy courier service, and will arrive in 3-5 working days.
Shipping at Festive Folks is powered by The United Federation of Pretty Efficient Shipping Thingies (PESTs). The official rhyming motto is: We Ship For Free So You Can Buy Brie.
How soon can I get my order?
Our Pretty Efficient Shipping Thingies (PESTs) ensure each order is delivered within 7-10 calendar days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on its whereabouts.
I need my order on the double!
Roger that! Express shipping is available at $15: Union guidelines mandate extra coffee and pizza for PESTs (Pretty Efficient Shipping Thingies) working on the double. All expedited orders are delivered within 3 working days and shipped with a tracking number.
Do you ship overseas?
Dude, not at the moment. Right now we serve the people of Singapore, but are hard at work on world domination.
Do you accept returns?
No bueno, muchacho. Because all products are made to order and customised for you, we are unable to accept returns.

Yikes! Please accept our sincerest apologies. While rare, this does sometimes happen, but all is not lost! Get in touch with us by emailing email@example.com with your order number and we’ll send the right order along for free.
My order was damaged when I received it.
Our Pretty Efficient Shipping Thingies (PESTs) take precautions to protect your order during the delivery process, but unfortunate accidents may sometimes happen. If you have received a damaged product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will replace it for free.
